Free Wrinkle Care - September 30th, 2009

You know how they say that the best things in life are free, they also say that you get what you pay for. So what’s the real truth? Is it good to be free or should you only buy expensive wrinkle care products for example. Personally, if only for the price, I greatly prefer free wrinkle care. But maybe that’s just me. I recognize that really, reversing wrinkles is never going to be free, but I can always prevent.

The biggest free thing I do is not spending a lot of time with even the risk of exposure to the sun. The sun is a huge problem. Second, I don’t smoke, which is not only free, it actually saves me money as opposed to if I should actually smoked in the first place. But of course, there are other free ways to go about it, because those aren’t the only things that really contribute to wrinkles.

Basically speaking, the first thing I do at this point is to use lemons. Yes, lemons aren’t exactly free wrinkle care. But I buy them anyway. So they are basically free in that regard. I just squeeze out the juice myself, I don’t add sugar, and then I do an occasional wash with this lemon juice. This definitely helps me to get rid of premature wrinkles or rather prevent them.

Likewise, I have actually used oatmeal, yes something as simple as oatmeal, in scrubs, masks, the like. Basically, I consider free to be me using things that I would find in my own home anyway, because I already have them on a regular basis. This keeps everything good, and frankly it’s not spending extra money. It’s all about prevention though.
