HybriSil contains methylprednisolone acetate 1% and a base that is over ninety-seven percent silicone. Methylprednisolone acetate is a steroid in the corticosteroid family and comes with medium potency.

With its ingredients HybriSil was created to soothe skin while reducing pruritic symptoms and inflammation. HybriSil also claims to treat and prevent all kinds of keloid and hypertrophic scars, including those associated with burns, injury, and surgery. This product also notes the capability to treat raised scars in an effective and safe manner as well as fade discolorations, such as redness.

What Else Should I Know About HybriSil?

HybriSil does not list all its ingredients. Consumers are unable to know just what is in HybriSil and whether or not they are in high enough amounts to be effective. Not including ingredient lists can also lead to allergic reaction. HybriSil comes with side effects and those with certain illnesses are not advised to use HybriSil.
