There are some things that we know cause dark circles or contribute to effectively getting rid of them. It just depends on who you talk to. For example, we all know sleep helps you to achieve better results. However, there are a few things we wouldn’t necessarily think of, natural things. For example, cutting down on coffees, sodas, and energy drinks. These have a lot of caffeine, a lot of sugar, and they damage your body in general, and your skin just manifests that damage. Smoking obviously contributes to quite a few skin and health problems in general. But you should also consider cucumbers, potatoes, and tea bags. They have all been shown to give you results and get rid of dark circles under the eyes. You should generally leave them in place for 5-10 minutes at a time. Though you should stay away from too much caffeine in your drinks, ironically topical caffeine actually wakes up your skin. The cucumbers and potatoes are filled with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, the works. But leaving it on for more than 10 minutes can actually dry it out and go too far in general. So we would recommend keeping a close eye on it in general terms.
